Ok, I found this bike on craigslist 5 days ago, The guy offered 900$ for it, I can probably get him down to 800, but im not sure how much it is really valued at

You don't say what year it is, if it's in good condition it's worth $900.00.

I believe it is a good deal. As long as you feel the bike is in good condition. The bike retailed for more then 3 times that amount in 2009.
The roscoe is a different bread bike. It climbs well and descends well and does not feel heavy, but is nimble.
I've ridden my Roscoe III since brand new in'09 and not one problem except original tires.

Thanks for the reply , I got it yesterday! I was actually thinking of going with another bike, because 900$ is a bit much, so I offered him 750$ I know that's low :/ but I didn't have anymore saved up. Anyways he emailed me back saying "do you still have the 750$" and I said "YESSSSSSS" well a less intense yes, but you know :P
Anyways its home, and at my dads house, I can't wait to try it out!
