Those are actually the 29-3 Team Issue tires....and I am really impressed with them. I may have to try them on my Superfly100 at some point!

New (to me) fork installed. Plus the bike is a little dirty, so you know it gets ridden!

I know that Trek swallowed up the Gary Fisher brand back in 1995.. but this new TREK logo dwarfing the minuscule "Gary Fisher Collection" tag.. hmmmm....?

I don't particularly care for it, but the reasoning behind it makes sense:

I have two Mt Tams, one LG the other MED. Both are Gary's first production 29ers from 2002. I have alot of miles on each, few upgrades over the years just to keep them on the trail. The color is called "flippin green" due to how the light reflects and changes it from brown to green.

Ewwww where did all that dirt on the tire come from? (:-)) Just kidding. Looks like you have detailed those bikes to the point you could eat off of them.

Great looking (and clean) Fishers both. Nice work.

They aren't usually THAT clean (the Marlin was freshly built up with all the new parts and the Superfly was brand new) But I have a bike rack in the house, I store my bikes indoors so I wash them and lube them after rides and then put them in the house.

    Another Craigslist Score

Picked this up yesterday. It had been swapped to this new and only ridden for 173 miles on asphalt only. It's like buying a new/old stock bike.

    It looked like this yesterday-

And now looks like this today-

My 2009 Superfly again after a make over. After popping the top tube open right down the seam in the carbon Trek warrantied the frame with 2010 model. Since posting brand new bike pics it's got a new frame, new fit parts - stem, post, bars, grips, seat, and brake upgrade so that means new pics.
