Got me new Superfly 100 and trying to get it set up to ride. The seat angle is way off, pointing up and the compression fittings that set the angle will not move even after the seat is completely off. Bontrager instructions say to loosen bolts and then try tilting seat while pressing down on the seat. These things won't budge. I'd taking it back to the shop tomorrow but if someone knows a trick it might save me a trip.
Take the whole thing apart: Remove the outer clampy parts and bolts/spring, if the round wedge pieces don't pull right out, carefully tap them out via the bolt holes. You'll want something thin but blunt ended. CAREFULLY. Tiny bit of grease on the wedges, put it back together.
Got it. Its amazing what a hammer and a couple tinker toys can do. Came right out.
