2010 Superfly 100 Question on Front Derailure Cable Guide at Bottom Bracket

I was cleaning my bike and noticed my cable guide that sits on the underside of the bottom bracket is loose. The only thing holding it there is tension in the cable. There are two holes on the guide and two holes in the frame (that don't line up). I'm the plastic pin broke off that was locating the guide on the frame. Can someone tell me if this is indeed how it works or is there a screw. I push an allen key into the hole in the frame and a piece seemed to fall inside the frame.

There are two holes in the bottom of the frame one for a drain and one to anchor the cable guide. The guide just uses a plastic push pin with barbs. I found one at my local hardware and had to make it shorter so it would not hit the bottom bracket sleeve. I guess your LBS would be able to get one also.
