    I'd start by deleting your op before it becomes 'Exhibit A' in a liablity case against you.

    Then send it to select fbuilders who you trust.

    Okay, put the question another way - Who has a lengthy T&C and/or warranty document that they get customers to physically sign (as opposed to an email "yes I agree") and witness before anything happens? How did you come at that, and do you think it has any negative effect on your business?
