    Rivnuts questions

In on the process of building a Pugsley. Comming from an Ogre, I king of feel the need to have some extra bottle mounts, mainly under the downtube and for Anything Cages on the fork.
Paint stripping and brazing on the mounts is out of question for now, but there's the solution of the rivnuts.

Would steel M5 rivnuts be capable of supporting watter bottles in a proper and durable way?

Yes, riv nuts will work. I know of bike companies that have done that. I'd be sketched about drilling holes in my fork, though.

    Thank you.
I'm not too scared about the holes in the fork. Lots of people and companies seem to be doing that these days.
I'm also planning to apply some J-B Weld on the rivnuts, which should reinforce the connection

EDIT: will be using Araldite instead of J-B Weld
