Looking for slotted disc tab for a singlespeed frame

Been looking on the net for a slotted singlespeed specific disc tab (mount) for a cro mo frame, it has the slotted sub-11 style drop outs.

anyone know where I could source one? as shown in the pic.

    Thanx

    Thought of making it yourself?

A piece of 4-5mm plate steel would be all you need.

Become a DIY rather than buy it kind of guy......maybe.

Remember that alot of what you see in disc mounts of all forms are often individually made and this one looks like one of those types.

    Looked at...

looked at the nova cycles tab, is it me, or is there something backwards about that pic/

origination is everything, but this just looks like it messed up, er short on the lower tab?

Thoghts of making one have crossed my mind since working in a cnc shop, but would a print or trace to be able make something like it at make it look decent.

    Thanx again

I believe the Nova one is used on the Chainstays:

This is in image provided from CeeWay

Oh, and I think that the one you provided an image from was at one time supplied by Kirk at bikelugs.com though it is no where on his site.

bikelugs.com used to sell one similar to the OP's picture but I haven't seen it there in a while. Hit them up and see what they say.

Have a look at PVD WIKI site, Shimano frame builders info.

There is sufficient info for you to draw up your bracket and since you are CNC trained?? this is an easy bet. Learn to look more widely at the subject before you, and challenge yourself to achieve a result. Aim to be more than a button pusher, be a complete machinist.

    My wisdom for the day.
