Do you guys do castings, or are those lost foam molds for a customer?

I did not realize that you were also a machine shop.

We just build the tooling; were one of the largest lost foam tool makers in the South East.

We mostly focus on non-bike related machine work, but have some neat bike-type projects coming soon...

How about some double over size lugs for modern progressive mtb geometry?

    Yes!

I don't build with lugs very often but I bet you would see some demand for a double-OS (31.8 TT/34.9DT) set for mountain bikes with "modern" (ie 29er) angles.

Of course, I'd also like a pony.
