Help me identify this seat tube

Can someone please help me identify the seat tube used on my custom Tig welded steel frame? This frame was fabricated in 2003 and the builder is no longer in business.
The seatpost diameter is 27.2 mm. The seat tube diameter is 32.0 mm and reduced down to 29.5 mm at the top for a length of about 85 mm.

    Thank you.

Back in the day, I was going to do something like that.

...then I came to my senses.

It's a welded in reduction. There really no good reason to do something like that other than certain road or track bikes. For anything that will touch dirt, 31.6mm posts are the best option (currently).

No sir, it's not a welded reduction. The actual seat tube is swaged to the reduced diameter. I remember it specifically when I was selecting the tubes for this road bike frame from boxes of frame tubes of unidentified sources.
I was going to post this question on the bikeforums website but I can't post images there. The MTBR community has always been the best source for information anyway.

Steelman shut down? Damn, it's been easily 9 months since I last talked w Brent. Things just didn't seem the same since all the FB high rises went up across the street.

Yes, he finally stopped building frames to concentrate on his new venture of importing and selling antique rugs:

Yes, the tubeset is mostly a mix of Deda EOM 16.5 and SAT 14.5 but I wasn't exactly sure of the seat tube. Found some images of EOM 16.5 frames on the internet so now I'm sure of it.

Thank guys, I appreciate your input.
