Headtube reamer for integrated 1.5 headset

I will possibly be building a frame using one of the tapered columbus headtubes that uses seperate rings for an integrated headset (Page 9 here http://ceeway.com/acrobat%20files/Ca...bi2013_web.pdf) but I don't know of anyone who makes a reamer to true it up after brazing. Does anyone know who makes this cutter?

I've also never used a system like this before so if anyone has and could confirm the build process for me that would be great. I'm assuming:

    - Cut headtube to length (taking into account lip on inserts)
    - Braze in rings (silver or brass depending on gap to fill, my gut says silver if I can so that I limit the heat)
    - Build frame
    - Ream

    Matt
