Handlebars ?

I've looked around a bit, and can't seem to locate this .... Where would one go, if wanting to purchase raw tubing (taper from center) to make handlebars ?

Anyone got a link ?

I think most guys just use straight gauge. I asked a similar question on here a while ago, and got some great responses:
