Adding a water bottle cage mount

I have only 1 cage mount on my SS aluminum frame. I have the tools (nut insert tool) to install another and the space on the seat tube. If I did, would this ruin the integrity of the frame or am I pretty safe?

I am probably the least qualified of anyone here, but I'd say you are fine. There's pretty big thread about this already that I'll link for you.
