You're referring to this? Niner BioCentric II

I asked them about it a while ago - they said no. Probably covering their ass.

A good machinist could emulate the design, I think, but it'd run in the neighborhood of $500 if I had to guess. Sounds like a non-trivial reverse engineering project.

thinking of having an EBB on 100mm crankset with 190mm rear spacing.

If you're running 190 rear spacing, that means you have zero options for internal gear hubs.

Are you planning on running single speed?

The progressively wider rear hubs on fat bikes are to afford granny gear clearance on a triple or double crankset.

I'm trying to figure if you're wanting to buy / fabricate something expensive you don't really need.

I would think you could make peg extensions and longer bolts or maybe just bolts

Not just planned - they are reality on the prototypes I have.

Been faultless so far, they are quite light but the shells are heavy. They will be getting some machining for production.

I'm trying out a Problem Solvers E46 EBB for PF30 shells on a project, BEER components makes similar EBBs for BB30 and PF30 shells. If you had the means to create a properly faced/reamed 100mm shell you'd be longer bolts away from a usable ebb.
