On the website it states that the headangle is + or - 0.7 degrees

    How is this achieved?

Hello, i think it could be a technical error, but it is possible on the prolite fs, or the B29, as they have a shock that you can adjust the length of, it is great on the prolite, and i use it most weeks, i lengthen it for the offroad commute, and shorten it for weekend warrioring, it does change the way the bike handles. I dont see the Prolite on the website anymore tho.

It's got an adjustable length on the eye to eye for the rear shock. Increasing or reducing the shock length will change the geometry of the frame.
