Colour is amazing. Is it custom by Foes or you repainted the frame yourself?

You've put a crappy Deore rear derailleur on a Foes?

Not sure why Deore is crappy. I have been using LX shifters and front der. They work too.

I haven't had the time to put my new X-9 der and shifters on my bike yet. Always changing something.

Every component on my bike is chosen because of function ideally DH strong but XC weight, in other words, nothing to compromise strength and durability. My custom wheels are a good example of this, proven DH strength and are around 1850 grams with 12mm axle. The Hope Pro II SS rear hub is 6 speed only. My XT "Shadow" style der would only work with a highest gear of 26; so I used this for awhile but wanted a high gear of 34 for climbing. I needed an older style der and I had a deore hanging around. It works OK but I'm looking at improving shifting and control with the SRAM stuff.

    Cheers

Here is my '03 FXR, the workhorse. Looking to get another when $$$$ is there. Upgraded the brakes soon after to the Elixer-R's what a huge improvement...

    Great rider!
Gurtentrail at Biel/Bienne in Switzerland. Year long open close to the city and there is the funacular to climb up.

You were there few days ago isn't?
    I can't believe that!
I was planning to ride Gurtentrail mid to end of March. The trip is postponed to end of April.
Then the other trail might be open too. Bienne Trail: longer and more technical too.
After that Monte Tamaro near lugano for the European IXS Cup.
Check the FOES Mono 2.1 white to hit your local trail soon!
    That's funny!

That is a great bike. The ano finish was bomber. Is that a 2003? I hope you are keeping it. That bike still holds its own against many of todays contenders.

Oh, yes it's a keeper. I'm looking to add another to my small fleet and this bike will become the backup...but not forgotten. Yes It's an '03 and has held up 8yrs of all the abuse I can through at it from xc to Mammoth. The ano finish holds up real well but to clean it takes some elbow grease compared to the powder coating.
