    Smile Foes Inferno

    hey guys, any idea why did brent stop making inferno frame??
    or is there a replacement???

    what do you guys think about the inferno??

    Brent stopped making the Inferno just because thatís what Brent does. He gets bored and does something different.

    The new 2:1 FXR:

    is a long legged trail bike and really is taking the position in the line formerly held by that bike.

    I think the 6.5" FXR and the 7/8" Fly cover the infernos nich pretty well so he probably is trying to streamline things a bit.

    I always liked the Inferno. I drooled over them when I bought my FXR back in '04.

    In my opinion, It was a year or two ahead of its time. These days light weight 7" bikes are more common, but go back 4 or 5 years when the Inferno came out and there was not much comparable. Plus there were not too many 6 or 7" single crown forks (other than the Sherman). By the time the forks and market caught up, (Totems, 66, and such), the Inferno was already old news and missed being the latest and greatest.

    I agree the New FXR and Fly cover it up pretty well.
