2010 Giant Boulder SE or 2009 Felt Q520?

2010 Giant Boulder SE or 2009 Felt Q520?
I can buy either of these bikes new for nearly the same price (Felt with the disc brakes would be $25 more) - yes, they are both on sale.
Both are Aluminum frame hardtails and they both fit my needs well for riding.

Which would you choose and why?

your links don't work so I looked them up. Hope these are the same bikes you are referring to...

I'd go with the Q520 because it has disc brakes, semi-integrated headset and the fork has lockout capability. The Felt also has better ratings than the Giant when looking at the mtbr.com bike reviews.

What ever feels better. If they both feel good I would go with the Felt Q520. It looks to be a small step above the Giant Boulder SE. Also I think the Felt looks nicer.

I went from a giant boulder se to a felt (as the shop I work for carries felt)...never going back.

Giant to me is the walmart of nice bike brands....Fork is nicer, disc brakes, and the bikes are just overall more solid. blah blah blah...

    get the felt.
