Surly shows a 543erd. 559 is the BSD.

Shiggy has it right. If 543 is the ERD Surly lists it should get you a proper spoke length. We build both the Rolling Darryl and Turnagain with the same length spokes and they both end up with the spokes filling the entire nipple without sticking past so if it is not exactly the same ERD it is +/- 1mm or so.

Do you know which hubs you plan on using? I have laced Turnagains to a few different hubs and may know the lengths you need.

Thanks, I didn't mean to steal the thread. I will be using an older White Industries disc hub, offset for pugsley. I can use hub measurements to get spoke lengths.

That is one combo I have not built yet. Enjoy the rims, paired with WI hubs you should have a killer set of wheels.

So, Borealis needs to get listed in the Manufacturer section.

And, I hope you did a good job on my wheels, I get a Borealis today. Unfortunately, I guess Borealis doesn't have any Carbondale rims, which I really wanted.
