    Who have you pestered lately??

Curious how many of you e-mail/call bike manufacturers and bug them to make fat parts?

I've sent a few to the Salsa guys about the full squish prototype frames and they always tell me the same thing....right now they are just prototypes....

Also just sent off an e-mail to the Ibis guys, Fat Mojo hehe. We'll see if they respond. *edit*...No...no fat mojo Quick reply though

    Who have you bugged lately?

I have been sending emails and have done some in person pestering to some higher ups at Cannondale and Shimano for over two years. Cannondale has the capability to make a great bike, add a Lefty and Hollowgram cranks and you could easily have a class leader right out of the gate. There listening, just not to the extent that I would like.

My attempt at persuasion with Shimano was that Fatbikes will outsell Tandems and they make Tandem cranks and have been for decades, so why not add a longer spindle to two or three mountain bike crankset's. There listening also.

    Cheers,
    Steven

They replied in one of the threads, I think the answer was five years. A search should turn up the result.
