Specialized Fatboy 27.5/29+ wheelset -- hubs specifically -- questions

I'm looking to build up (or buy) either a 27.5 or 29+ wheelset for my Fatboy but I'm having issues finding the correct info on the hubs. I think I need 135/190 QR hubs, according the specs on Specialized website that seems to be correct.

What I'm looking at are WTB Scraper i45's with WTB Ranger's in 3" with. My problem is hubs, I know I can get i9's but they are too much money. I have heard about Sarma hubs but their webpage only has rear hubs available for purchase, I've emailed for more information. What I'd like to know is am I correct on the hub size and if so who makes a good mid-range hubset that I can purchase and receive in the next month? Looks like I could buy Salsa hubs but I'm not sure their stock hubs are anything worth buying for about $400 all said.

    Thoughts / suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Rob

Contact Framed cycles and see if they can sell you hubs...i have the pub hubs and they have been great. You can use spacers to allow for the QR with no issues. I ride a RM blizzard

You have experience with them at all? I like the pricing for sure. Know of a review?

I had some built up for my 616 and no issues yet.

NYrr496 has built up multiple wheelsets with them as stated in various threads. In the latest claims they're great hubs.

Bike Hub Store makes great hubs that won't break the bank.

I can't point to a review, but my buddy has built up a few bikes on a budget and I remember him telling me about the bike hub store, he has zero issues and he says they work. Also doesDT swiss make a relatively cheaper cost hub?
