Revelate seat bag on...where you mounting rear light?

What's everyone doing when you throw your seat bag on?

I have either mounted them to the bottom of the seat bag itself (mine has stretchy chord there) or put them on the seat stays. I've always thought that if they are on the seat stays that there should be one on each side since the tire makes a blind spot.
