Problem Solvers wants to hear from the Fatbikers

Should PS bring a 100mm Direct Mount Adaptor to market? This part is currently used on the Salsa Mukluk as an OEM part for both the complete and frameset.

Well, right now the only other option is running a shimano E-type FD. So (for example) if the adapter and a direct mount X.9 FD was at least the same price as an XT E-type FD, then I'm sure people would quickly go for it. It would also offer up way more adjustability than an E-Type does, thats for sure.

Go to the link and tell them you want it - only 9 comments (all positive) so far.
Fatbikes are much more fun than they should be allowed to be!

While I think it'd be nice, and when building fat with spare parts I'd buy an adapter, I'm not sure why people have issues with an e-type der. Building new I'll keep going e-type.
