Parts piling up for bucksaw build

Once I get my greasy hands on a bucksaw frame, the build will be officially started.

Been finding deals and collecting parts for a little while now.

    Have:
    Easton ec70 carbon riser bars
    Loaded amxc 85mm stem
    Shimano xt 10 speed cassette
    Wolftooth 42 cog
    SRAM type 2 x9 Rd.
    SRAM x0 grip shifter

Plan to swap from current bike:
    Lefty and front wheel.
    Hope brakes.

    Still need (big items)
Cranks , still thinking race face next SL.
Rear wheel, hope 177x12 and Stans rim if available, or maybe something carbon....
    Pedals
    Seat
    Misc....

    Now, where is that frame?!?

This is what I am waiting on as well. I haven't done a ton of research into the parts I want yet though. Doing regular maintenance on the other bikes I keeping me from getting too impatient right now.

I found the twist shifter lightly used for $70 and the x9 rd price matched on Jenson for $82, can't justify the price of the x0 Rd....

I would have preferred to stick with shimano Rd, but no 10 speed grip shifters work with it.

Hah nope far from it. I just work hard, and don't waste $$ on stupid stuff, last bike I built up was 3 years ago.

Remember, can't put a price on health

good stuff. I'm not sure when I'll start picking up parts for my Bucksaw mods. I should probably start by selling off some stuff around the house. That will make the wife happy.

I need to decide what accent color I want to accompany that yellow Bucksaw 2 frame (either crankset or chainring, odds & ends). One of my mechanic buddies insists that blue would look good with that frame. I'm not sure.

Lefty max showed up this afternoon, it is on the 9zero7! Extra 40mm travel sure helped the chunky stuff today, awesome. Handles a bit different though, the extra height....

Pedals and chain showed up from Ribble, took about 10 days, but can't complain for the price

Also thumbs up to Art's cyclery , my headset, bottom bracket, and chainring nut tool showed up fast!

    Like fat Xmas today.

Bonus, got quick 9 mile ride in.

On my end, my Turbine CINCH crankset came. Got crank arms, fat spindle for 121/124mm wide bb, and BB92 bottom bracket. Placed my order for a blue 28t direct mount chainring and a spacer for the BB cups for the wider shell today so that should be in next week.

I'm putting blue accents on the yellow frame.

blue and red chainrings are on QBP's catalog in some sizes, but they don't link directly into my shop's computer system so we had to spend some time figuring that out today so the shop's inventory wouldn't get all screwed up when the ring gets checked in when it arrives.
