new moony, new to fat bikes....

my first foray into a fat bike, and all i can say is "wow i am impressed for sure". the moony handles great, so far on a couple shake down rides on some xc trails. the fit and geo feels great, i was surprised how nimble the bike is considering the weight, 33lb, and the wheels. i love this thing, handles great, climbs and descends with ease. i did a frame up build with rolling darrys and lou and bud handling the traction. and oh the traction with these tires. fat back fsa cranks, 1/9 shimano drive train, and hope m4's, i "hope" they don't explode like my older shimano xt's did in the cold weather. can't wait till the snow flies and get a different experience with my new ride. so far in the dirt i'm loving it.

What made you go with Rolling Daryl over the Clownshoe rims? Sweet looking bike!

it was what they had in stock here in canada when i originally ordered my frame. i have had the frame and wheels for a while. just recently built it up, and decided last minute to go with lou and bud.
