    Need help...

I want to get a fatbike and I am pretty sure I want a 170mm spaced rear and a "breakable" frame for a beltdrive SS. My problem is that I know little about this world but loved the ones I rode at Interbike. I live in LV and want to use it as an all-purpose bike that can stand up to the wicked sharp rocks we have,

Am I missing something in my setup? Does a 170mm with a break in the frame exist?

Fatbikes.com 9:ZERO:7 Sliding Rear Dropout Frame not 170mm
    New Fat bike Stuff for 2012 / 2013 | Fatback Bicycles 170mm

Or you could go get a custom frame done, any reason you 'must have' a 170mm?

    Fatback Bikes

fatback with rocker dropouts may be one of the only "production" models available that can run a belt drive in stock form.

I think 907 or Fatback makes one. I'm pretty sure I've seen it.

Aesthetics...I want to push this concept here and I think that would help.

Also, is there a fork with a 15 or 20 mm thru axle?

If aesthetics is the only reason, why 170?
Pretty sure you don't need to go that wide to be symmetrical on a SS.
Going 135 in the back gives you a lot more hub choices.
Twenty2 Cycles ( https://www.twenty2cycles.com/ ) can do you one in Ti or steel.
