    Nate TANwall availability?

Donít call them skinwalls. Ordered a set from JensonUSA website a couple weeks ago, got an email from them a couple days later stating they were on backorder, with no clear ETA. So, either everyone and their inbred stepcousin put their orders at the same time I did, or Jenson never had them in stock, since Surly hadnít actually fulfilled the dealer stock orders.

    Discuss.

I haven't seen them listed as an item on QBP at all this winter. I just checked again in-case something had changed very recently and still not even a listing on their page. The only ones I've seen in person were on the Pugsly Special Ops at my LBS. I noticed they have a size run of them and it's a slick looking bike. I like that tan wall Nate.

Understandable, given the ongoing QBP website cluster****. But they are there: p/n TR0046.

Not in stock, but the part number is there and they are item watchable.

Yep, ya'll are correct. I figured out why I couldn't find them. When I got to "tires" I clicked the "fat bike" box, thinking that there is NO WAY that QBP would forget to make a Nate a "fat bike" tire. But they did. When I went back just now they came up under a "Surly" search, but still not classified as "fat bike". They also came up no problem under the sku that Mikesee listed. Anyway... that's all moot since they are out of stock. Thanks for the clarification guys, and sorry for the misinformation!

    have you called for availability?

"Temporary Method Due to New Website Limitations

Our previous website had a method for putting quanity limits on high demand items to allow more dealers access to these items. Our new site does not have this feature yet, so to ensure more dealers will have a chance to access these hot items, we are asking for you to place the order outside of QBP.com so the limits can be monitored.

We recognize the ordering inconvenience caused by this limitation of our new system. To help offset that, these orders are shipped wtih free freight and do not impact your average order size.

    Ordering Rules

Ordering Limits Per SKU, Per Week: 4 Rims; 8 Tires; 25 Tubes
You may submit one order per week
Orders will ship on standard acct terms
Orders will ship the day after submission"

that is right from QBP. it appears on the site that all surly tires are out of stock everywhere.

I figured as much. Online retailer going on the hopes that a product announcement equals inventory. I guess Iíll be receiving my Nate Tanwalls around April or May.
