    I ride my fatty

It's not new, no carbon frame, no 100mm rims, offset gosh how out dated!
But I ride it, because it is fun.

    That is all.
I hope to see more riding threads.

Lol trolls don't bother me, but it's great to see fancy bike actually getting dirty sometimes.

I just want to see more threads about people enjoying their faire and riding them.

Nothing new or exciting about my chubby beast for this year. Just getting out exploring with my friends and doing some bike camping.

    Safe riding,

    Well...

It's all I DO ride. It's just a question of which one? My RIP9 needs the crappy RP23 rebuilt, but... I haven't been that motivated to get it done.
Most people ply the Well Trodden Path. A few seek a different way, and leave a Trail behind.

Working on a tubeless setup using industrial shrink wrap. Just started a few days ago with a fatboy rim. Two days and I am good without sealant airs up easy. It's almost too good to be true? I will post to tubeless Tuesday thered when or if I get it sorted. Scared to take it out for a long ride. It's awesome if it works out. 1.3 pounds per wheel less and I can tell ya, You'll notice that.

Rode the Hiawatha Rail trail today, great scenery! Many tunnels and bridges.
It starts at the top and gradual downhill 15 miles. Most people , including my wife today, take the shuttle back up.

I turned around and hammered as much as my legs would let me, 30 mile round trip, the shuttle beat me back by only 10 mins

That's a fun ride. Been to many years since I have done. Took my kid when he was tenish (17 now). I remember our lights being overwhelmed by that first long tunnel. Nothing like riding via the braille method! We rode back as well as its only like 3% gradient. Have to put that on my to do list this year.

I ride my fatty because it makes me happy. It makes me laugh. It's almost everything I've wanted in a bike for the last 25 years and didn't know I could have. I ride my fatty ...
