    Frame size? How to measure...

    Hi everyone...
I have a Surly Pugsley and have decided to sell it. Before I post it I want to make sure I get my info lined up...specifically the frame size. So what is the best way to measure the frame? I have measured the top-tube (center-to-center) and come up with 23 inches. Surly's website shows a large being 22.9 while a x-large being 23.6. I hate to give bum info and what to be accurate. Is a sure fire method?

    Thanks in advance...

Most frames are sized by the seat tube length, from BB center to the top of the tube. Effective TT length is... not that effective as a measurement.
Most people ply the Well Trodden Path. A few seek a different way, and leave a Trail behind.
