    Finally got the fatbike feaver....

Well I did it, maybe it was a mistake, my bike addiction is already pretty severe....

I finally got to take a fat bike on a winter snow ride/ride longer than punking around in a LBS parkinglot.

I got a chance to hop on a brand new 2011 Surly Pugsly! What a hoot!

The stability at low speeds is sick, and the total monster truck feeling! The bike encourages hooliganism in my mind. I go out of my way to find things to run over. Snow drift? Sure. Logs, sure, small cement obstacles, sure! I felt like a kid playing in a sandbox with a giant tonka truck!

I think my next bike might have to be a fatbike.....

I think you've already decided what will be your next bike, when has a bike ever inspired you so much?

So much so that it even impairs your spelling

Fat bikes are great fun, and they tend to multiply quickly. My wife just got her new Pugs to keep mine company.

I think the bike that will inspire me most is my current build

But I'm gonna put a pugsley frameset on order here sometime next winter. Yes, I know it's a snow bike, build it in the summer, but I likely won't have any $$ until then. I need to finish my AM HT 1st. But I think the bike could take the roll of my commuter, and would be an awesome one. I foresee a racked black pug in my future.....

Sorry about the spelling, I was just so excited!

Hold on there, dont fence it in! These slimmer width Marge rims and 3.7/3.8 tires are great in the dirt as well with a little more pressure. (or the Nate tire, Knard tire) For commuting just score some Black Floyds and roll!
