Fatbike Tour of Newfoundland
Check out this blog. Fatbiking across Newfoundland. 900km on an abandoned railway bed.across newfoundland by fatbike | slow:biker
I see hills.
I want to climb them.
Wow! Amazing accomplishment. Congrats!
"Either way it doesn't really matter, I just got back from a bike ride."
Nicely done, Spruce, from another Canadian fatbiker. Envious. I couldn't put a tour like that together in Southern Ontario.
I don't know, I rode from Thunder Bay to Toronto last year, doing Ottawa to TO next month.

We went to Newfoundland for our honeymoon, many years ago. Cruised a bunch of "ponds" hiked Gros Morne, etc.
One of the highlights was running across a CBC crew that was filming a story about riding MTB's across the island using the logging roads.
We were told they were plentiful, generally in solid shape, and all mapped by the govt.
Been meaning to get back up and explore that, ever since.
Thanks for the awesome stoke, you live in a really starkly beautiful land.....
Cool trip. Thanks for posting!
I would love to take credit for the blog, but its not me.
I do live in NL and I do know the blogger though.
