    Fatbike to the Arctic - article

    Adventure Cycling Association asked me to contribute an article as a part of their Fatbike February series. Here is the post I wrote.

    Awesome... Looking forward to reading and following this trip.

    Any concern about the longevity of the snowshoes?

    AKCheeseehea- From what I can tell, so far, we don't need to worry about the snowshoes prematurely breaking down. That said, I do modify my behavior when using something like inflatable snowshoes, similar to switching from plastic kayak to a packraft.
    We will be carrying a repair kit and will do our best to avoid sharp rocks and the like. I hope to have a good report in a month and a half, or so.
