Fat Bike Riding in Lincoln, NH?

Fat Bike Riding in Lincoln, NH?

Heading up to Lincoln for the coming week.
Any free access trails, fire roads, etc for fat biking?
Not looking for anything crazy, just to get out and explore with my son.
Asked in the region forum but got no replies.
If the climb doesn't kill ya, it only makes you stronger!

    Try this: Singletracks.

And if you're on Facebook, the White Mountains has a NEMBA group.

There is riding 5 minutes from exit 28, no maps per say, you would need someone to show you around. Plymouth has a trail network, Talk to the guys at Rhino bike shop. Littleton (20 minutes north of Lincoln) has groomed fat bike trails, talk to Dave at Littleton Bike and Fitness, there is a map at the store.

All places mentioned are on Strava, search there for trail info and parking.

You are only an hour from Kingdom Trails. Definitely worth the drive to ride there. Not free but still hard to beat at only $15.

KT is crazy icy right now and has been for a couple weeks. Conditions are not good.....

I wouldn't make a trip up there from Lincoln for these conditions. Even with studs it is tough sledding. I would wait for more snow at KT.....probably some decent stuff at higher elevation in Franconia area.

1/2 hour east the conditions in Conway area are awesome on both sides of town. The forecast for tomorrow looks grim though.

    Wow....
    Thanks for all the suggestions.
I was hoping there would be more snow up here, but it is what it is.
We will try to make the most of it, skiing and riding.
    Thanks to all of you

Son and I did 10 miles through Lincoln and Woodstock. Mostly bike path and sidewalk.
    We had fun.
Never not fun on a fatty!
Picked up a nice Forest Service trail map at Lincoln Welcome Ctr.
Will explore some trails later on.
