    Fat bike build ???????

So I drank the punch and still being a little apprehensive. I got to thinking last night. I own a 2011 Trek Fuel ex8. How much of this bike could I switch over to an On One rolling frame? I'm thinking the crank would not. Would the brakes, shifters, derailurs? Any input would be great. My thoughts are if it didn't work out I could flip it back over.

    Fat specific components are:

    BB / Cranks
Front derailleur adapters for that wider chainline

*in the case of an On One chassis, yes, specific

You have it right in your head dude.
Disclaimer: I run Regular Cycles (as of 2016). As a profiteer of the bicycle industry, I am not to be taken very seriously.
