Got a couple of newb questions.... I have an old Cove Stiffee frame that I would like to build up as a fat front bike. A recent trip to Allegrippis in PA has me jonesing for a rigid bike!
The frame is obviously a 26er. I am in need of a fork for the bike that will fit a 26" fat front wheel. Any suggestions? Is it worthy to go carbon over chromoly?
The frame is built for a 100mm fork so I am assuming I should look for a suspension corrected fork for 100mm, correct? Also, can someone explain fork offset?
For a front wheel, what do you suggest and whom do you suggest I order from?
Sorry for the, most likely, redundant questions. I did a lot of reading but straight answers are difficult to find...
Thank you for any advice.
