I'll be heading up, free beer and fatbike snowcross, how can you beat that? Looks like conditions will be excellent. I gotta admit its gonna feel weird driving up to a ski town in winter with my bike. The skiier in me is indignant.

When I signed in they were up to 49, guessing 1/3 fatbikes. And a bunch showed up after the group rides for the 6x race. The conditions were absolutely perfect and it was a lot of fun to ride on groomed corduroy. Even the regular MTB's did fine. There are some pix on the FB event page: WinterBike | Facebook

Yeah it was a great time. Pretty cool that a fatbike won the downhill event too. Excellant event.

If anyone knows Jeff who led the Fatbike ride, tell him to message me here next time he comes down to Fall River, I'd be glad to show him around the local stuff here.

It was a really well done event. Weather and conditions were perfect. I think the total was somewhere around 80. I hope we can do this again next winter.
