When I purchased my Mukluk a few months ago, I'll admit I really was expecting to ride mostly during the winter months. It was purchased with the intent to get my a$$ in the saddle of something other than my trainer during the "off season". It appears that I was sadly mistaken. I am finding myself already planning spring/summer/fall routes and I am purchasing and planning to purchase bike parts and accessories for each "season". Grip shift, bar mitts, and Pro Moto bar for winter. Trigger shifters, fenders and a Husker DU up front for the spring. Titec "J" bar, a rear rack, and front hydraulic brake for the summer and fall tours. A BFL for the front next winter. This bike is stating to open up all kinds of riding opportunities/possibilities for me.
I have to thank all those who have opened my eyes to this, by posting pictures and stories of their riding activities on this site. I can see the future of these bikes to be very bright once more people begin to realize their potential, and more and more "season specific" parts become available.
