Underdown could have 8 miles of snow single track over 4 lakes!

Its nice to see the Fat come back to Kettle after a year away. The first Kettle race was the stuff of legend. Even without the snow fall for some of the last year's events, the races were a blast and I expect no different this year. Expect good times, good people, good racing, and lots of the unexpected.

This one will separate the men from the boys and you will probably find me curled up in the fetal position crying like a little school girl around mile 3.
    And I love beer!!

    Sweaty Yeti

A few new wrinkles in the sweaty yeti this next season-keeping the enduro format and adding a slightly longer lap and a downhill slalom chute on the course for some exciting tree dodging action. Roaring bonfire, Sand Creek Brew and pipin hot soups.

All the piss you can what?

Too bad Iím in California. We really donít get much snow here, and there doesnít seem to be any interest in fatbike races. So, my 9:zero:7 stays here riding through the mud in the winter.

    Platty Fatty question

    Hey all,
    Anyone know...
    1. How long is the race (time)?
    2. Are there laps or is it simply one long loop?
    3. Team or solo?

Went to the site for the race and didn't get very much.

    Thx

    Mark

    Sorry Guys.

The 1/5 Cold and Fat bike race has been canceled. We were unable to get the race approved by the land manager.
