    2.4-2.5 tires on Large Marge???

Curious who's used smaller MTB tires on a large marge rim, and to see pics of the tires on the rim. I have Arrow Racing 3.0s which are nice, but like something that may work better in sand....and slightly lighter. I have a 1x1

Here's some Marge Lites with 2.35 Kenda Slant Six's on a 2012 1x1. I really want to do this with my 1x1 Here's a pic to show you at least what it'd look like.

That would be great ^^^^^^^ but I thought they stopped making the Nokians. Maybe they still make them in 26, but they sure don't in 24s. Am searching, am sadly disappointed!

Was thinking Maxxis High Rollers or Holy Rollers for OP

24" x 3" felt berm masters look good, don't know about weight.

Or the schwalbe big Betty's if you are running a 26" rim fills out nicely

Ardent 2.4 (850 gm) on a LM XC, fit is fine, sidewalls stick out a couple mm beyond the rim, tread is narrower, but nice flat profile. A RR 2.4 would be even lighter, but it'd probably tear up or flat a whole lot easier.

There are some 3" DH tires still being made by Savage and Duro, but at 1500gm they are killer heavy, just assume run regular fatties.

If the new round of fat tires get down to 1000gm, then running a mid fat is not going to be much of an advantage.

    I wouldn't get any narrower than a 2.4"
