Thoughts on a Felt Ethic 16?

I found a used one for a pretty good price and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on them? They seem pretty heavy at 28#'s.

I'd really like to get a Spawn Banshee but I don't know if I want to pay that much.

28lbs for 16 inch bike seems really heavy. I'd look for a Specialize hotrock used.

That is really heavy. My son rides a 16" Scott Voltage Jr and stock weight is 22lbs.
