SURVEY: Making a family's bikes easier to store and transport

Every time I've navigated through a garage full of bike handlebars or tried to wrangle 4 bikes into a single bike rack without interlocking the handlebars, I've dreamed about a solution like this. Now that it actually exists, I need to know if others share that interest.

I run a bike component start-up in the Seattle area that needs feedback from mountain bike owners before distributing a Swiss invention in the US that makes all bikes easier to store securely and transport. Essentially, it turns any bike into a folding bike. There's nothing to promote yet, but there might easily be in the near future.

This folding stem has already passed EN 14766 certification testing and is in use by a couple of police departments in Europe. It just don't know yet if there's enough of a US market to invest in manufacturing for US distribution.

Could you please take the linked survey, and if you feel it is of wider interest, forward on to others who may not be in this forum?

    Thanks,

You need to allow multiple answers. Some people ride more than one type of bicycle.

Myself included! Too late to change the survey-in-progress now. The original idea was to have people identify primarily with one type of biking, which can usually (but not always) be done.

Not for nothing, but anyone can do the exact same thing with an Allen wrench in about 4 seconds.

One born every minute though, I suppose. Good luck!
