Here are a couple of pics of my 16 Hotrock build for my son, I finished it the evening before his 4th birthday.

    Good looking bike.

What's the HT angle on that thing? Looks like you got a 24" fork for it? Plenty of room for a bigger tire up front, but I'd be afraid of slacking out the HT angle too much.

    Wow!

I'm not even sure where to start with the questions.

    Tell us about the:

    Fork
    Cranks
    Rear brakes

I really want to know how he shoe horned a 135 disc hub in the rear dropouts, and where he got the spokes.

My guess is 20" aluminum fork targeted at the mini velocity and recumbent market. I am curious about the rear hub but I'm guessing a 130mm CX disc hub, with spacers removed to hit the 110mm spacing.

Looks like the rear brake tabs were TIG'd onto the stock frame. Very clean.

Disk brakes are like a rotary guillotine to fingers. Dont ever leave your small kid playing at wrenching or cleaning his bike and supervise closely if you do involve him hands-on. Safety demo with a carrot going into the spinning disk could be instructive warning.
