Burley Buggy to Trek Fuel Ex 8 2017... is it possible?

I don't want to necessitate buying a whole new bike just to pull my son's burley around the parks.

Would this thing actually work for me?

    https://robertaxleproject.com/shop/1...-trailer-long/

It says that it works for my model bike and it appears to be a trek full suspension (maybe a couple year old remedy model?) in the image for it too. 58 bucks for a quick axle swap would be better than 500 bucks for an entry level hardtail which is what I was just about to purchase.

EDIT - Also I just noticed one of the reviewers states he/she uses on a fuel ex as well. Just want to make sure there isn't anything else to consider before dropping money on this and getting my hopes up.

    Hello DrDocta,

Yes, that is exactly why we designed our axles. There's no reason to not use your best bike when sharing your passion for cycling with the family. My personal bike is a '16 Fuel and we've got dozens of happy customers on the '17 Fuels as well.

    Cheers,

    Thanks!

I always feel like a celebrity has reached out to talk to me when an actual representative or manufacturer responds to my questions on the forum!
