    Bottom Bracket Width?

I have a 2009 Specialized Hotrock 24 7 Speed that I am updating for my son. Specialized Bicycle Components

I am in process of replacing the drivetrain with a 1x9 set up - using Sinz Square Taper Cranks. What BB width have people used? 113, or 108?

    Thanks in advance!

Can't help you but I have the same question! Mine is a 16 inch wheel bike. 68mm BB, with spawn cycles cranks.

Waiting til the cranks arrive before I try to figure out the spindle length.

    Ran fine with a 107mm

I put a race face 107mm square taper BB in a specialized hotrock 24 and it was fine.

What were you running for gearing? I am wondering if the 107-108 will get the chain line out far enough for a 1 x 9

2X8. probably would be a little off for 1x9
