Bike parking/floor rack for 12-20" bikes

I need to find a better way to park the kids' bikes in the garage, it's a tangled mess of 12, 16, and 20" wheeled bikes. I need some kind of floor parking rack so they can access and park the bikes themselves. Anyone know of a commercially-available one that will work with the small wheels, or if anyone's made a DIY one, I'd be interested to see how you did it.

I've seen them built out of 1 inch PVC, a quick google search will show several designs, just scale them down, best news is they can be built for like 20 bucks if you already have the primer and glue

Second the PVC route. Cheap and customizable.

I didn't glue my PVC rack so when my daughter went to 20" and my son to 24" I just replaced the uprights. The lack of glue occasionally causes problems but not often enough for me to bother.

I went with a 2x4 arrangement similar to the PVC ones listed here (had more wood lying around than plumbing stuff). Kids still don't use it. Kick stands are at least used instead...
