I know that usually something is only worth what one is willing to pay but is there some sort of "Kelly Blue Book" for bikes?

I'm looking at a 2004 Jamis Dakar 2.0 XLT in good/great condition and I'm wondering if paying any more than maybe $650 is worth it? As far as I can tell, there have been none if few upgrades and comes with a spare set of road tires and 4 tubes. Considering this model retailed for around $1500 new 10 year ago I believe this is a fair price to offer.

Any thoughts, feelings, or insight on this?

I broke a chainstay on my 2011 b2 and took it to my local Jamis dealer they took care of everthing( Adams ave bike shop in san diego). Four weeks later I recieved a new rear chainstay with dropout and bearings!
