How often does everyone check and or replace your suspension bearings?

I finally checked my previous generation El Chucho after of a couple of seasons, I know a long time but nothing seemed amiss. All the bearings need to be replaced and the main pivot inner bearing was totally seized, I've got a set of Enduro MAX bearings on the way.

I thought I would share this to remind everyone to take your rear end apart, not just remove the shock and move the swing arm and say everything seems OK (that's what I'd been doing).

My first post on MTBR. My first Ventana too (new to me). Bike came shipped with all air removed from suspension. I haven't been able to find any set-up charts on Ventana's website.
My riding weight is close to 190 lbs. What air pressure would you guys recommend for the fox rp23 shock as well as for my white bothers fluid 650b forks?

Thanks for your help!

El Terremoto (medium) & CCDBA - It Fits!

I received my CCDBA yesterday and was nervous right up until slipping it into the frame if it was going to fit. Sherwood himself had e-mailed me that he thought it would based on the drawings, but it was going to be close and might even interfere with the FD clamp. Well, happy to report it fit just fine, tons of room to spare. This shock came to me with the base tune (mid-range on everything) and will take plenty of time to get dialed in and adjusted to my style of riding, but I can say after a 10 mile shakedown ride over varied terrain yesterday I could tell this was the shock for me. Realistically all I had to do after setting the sag was give it a couple of clicks of LSC to control bobbing, but honestly it transformed the bike and I look forward to refining it.

Here's the obligatory picture...
