    New Bike Help

I am in the market or a new bike and am looking at the 2014 Kona Precept DL. Is it capable of Super D or Enduro? Is it rider skill that will make it work? The bike has 140mm travel front and back?

I'm also in the market. it seems that a bike set up with a 140 or 150 is the norm for enduro.

Race the bike in which you are confortable, don't purchase based on "this is an enduro bike, this isn't". With experience you will see the flaws of your bike for enduro and upgrade the necessary parts. From my experience, more important than travel is wide tires, chain retention system and properly set up suspension.

I am in the southeast near Atlanta, Ga. Are there even any races within a couple of hours driving? Just trying to get an idea of what kind of bike, but wht are most courses like?
