Wingnut gear - Contact?
Hey all, I know some of you are rockin' the Wingnut packs and know where to get them, or better yet, how to get in contact with the 'nuts themselves. I've been trying to get ahold of them for weeks, both via email and phone. I'd drive there, but 1200+ miles for a pack is a bit unreasonable. I really want to get, try it out - but can't do that 'till they actually answer thier freakin' phone.
And the kicker is, I'm a dealer, and wouldn't mind being able to sell a pack or two in a year, y'know?
Are they going under? Too busy to answer phones? What gives?

I just bought an Assault pack from them. Came in an envelope with a guy's name as sender no company name. I wasn't sure what it was at first. Just the pack and a simple receipt. Used it the next day at the Julian Death Ride and pretty much forgot it was on my back. The
mouthpiece was finicky, but I got the bladder elsewhere. A bit pricey, but definitely comfortable.

I ordered my adventure pack straight from there website. Was on my doorstep in less than a week and I got 2 prompt email responses from the owner when I inquired about shipment and sponsorship. Of coursed this was after they already had my money.
Love my pack and love the nuts themselves. Sorry you are having a hard time. I would keep pestering them. They're probably just out riding and racing.

I doubt they are going under. I've purchased six packs from them at full retail. My orders usually take a while. It's a small outfit for sure. Possibly one person. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if they were at Seaotter.

You could order it off of their website... they mail it to you so you don't have to drive 1200 miles.

I ordered a Hyper 2.5 with micro XY and an XY from the website April 2nd. Quick delivery, sweet pack - except no micro XY. Sent email to info@wingnutgear.com via their website form as soon as I knew it was missing, followed up again last week with phone call (no answer) and another webform email.
Did the OP ever get thru? Gonna try direct email next, and another phone call.
The Hyper 2.5 itself is very nice, and I've been enjoying it. Has a lot more room in it than I anticipated - side pockets are huge - and have mesh pocket on the outside as well!
Fatbikes are much more fun they they should be allowed to be!

Followup: Plugged info@wingnutgear.com into a regular email instead of using the webform - and got an almost immediate, positive response. Yay!
