    Threshold Power question....

    I'm gunning for under 9hrs at Leadville. Right now my FTP is 258, and my 5 minute threshold is 316. At 153lbs, I figure I need to get my FTP up to 285/290, but should i be concentrating on my 5 minute threshold?

    focus on FTP and race specific training. don't worry about the 5 minute number, it should increase along with your FTP.
