Problems with NR Pro 600 LED

Decided to replace my NR Blowtorch HID with the new Pro 600 LED. It arrived in the mail today. First impressions are it looks great. I reviewed the instructions and put it on the charger. Everything was looking good, but after about an hour the lights on the charging cradle started blinking erradictly. Nothing in the instruction manuel about this issue. Tried numerous time to reset (unplug and disconnect battery), but nothing has worked.

I did a little research on the internet and did find mention of other people with the same problem. Anyone else have issues with the Pro 600. I'm hoping NR customer service can reinspire my confidence in this product. It wasn't cheap.

i had the same type of situation with my moultrie trail cam for hunting. it turns out that is an indication the battery is charged to full capacity.
or so the person told me anyway on the website for moultrie cams.

maybe not the same issue you have but it just made me think of my similar trail cam situation.
